As you approach the house,
you won't help but notice the clean roadway and fresh paintwork
in the entire complex. This simply hints at what a lovely home
this is on the inside. The powder-coated steel tubular fence and
gates enclose your very own private area ... your sanctuary from
the unceasing hustle and bustle of the outside world.
As you open the front gate,
the inviting front door and easy-care lawn can be seen. Slightly
to the right is the laundry entrance, so that you can get into
the house from the carport quickly with all your grocery shopping
bags.
You will also see a brick
enclosure. This houses the rubbish and recycling bins, so they
are kept out of sight from the street, yet are positioned conveniently
in front of the laundry door. Further to the right is the gate,
which leads to your carport.
The rear of the house is no
less elegant in its simplicity. These pictures here show your
own private courtyard. There are two park benches here in which
to relax and take in the cool evening breeze. A perfect setting
for a barbeque. A clothes rack to dry your laundry and an external
lock-up storeroom is also provided for your convenience.
