The first sight your eyes
will see when you open the welcoming front door is the lounge
room. What strikes you the most will be the carefully coordinated
colour scheme ... the hard-wearing terracotta tiles in the entry
area just after the front door, the chantilly lace carpets, the
terracotta rose venetian blinds. The modern-design double three-seater
sofa, with its matching glass-top coffee table. The TV is in the
corner, just waiting to be switched on. Yes, you know you're home
now.
Too bright outside in summer?
Just a quick flick of the wand will do the trick. Partially close
the blinds, so you can still view the courtyard. Or if you like,
shut it off completely.
Too dark or gloomy
in winter, perhaps? There's nothing like letting in the natural
light flood in to warm up your lives.
This is what the main entrance
looks like from the lounge. With the picturesque lawn visible
from within, the lounge is the perfect place to relax. Look at
the other neat-looking townhouses in the complex. You know it
will be peaceful here.
